About Seko

Seko Tongola is a professional trainer who has been teaching in the Twin Cities area since 1997.

Originally from Tanzania, Seko has trained in many different forms of Martial Arts, specializing mainly in Jeet Kune Do. With Bruce Lee as his role model, Seko’s teachings follow the style and philosophy of the late martial artist. He has also trained extensively in Karate, Judo, Wresting/Grappling, Boxing, and even Gymnastics.

Seko works with his students on a professional, yet personal basis. Many students have also become close friends, a testimonial to his character and dedication. He takes pride in attending to his students personal needs, this unique form of learning has helped his name to grow fast in the Twin Cities.

Living in the uptown area for years and enjoying the environment and lifestyle found there has made him a very familiar face and a respected person in the area. Also a father, it’s not surprising to see him around town with his son. Keep a watch as his dreams of spreading his teaching philosophy to everyone shortly becomes a reality.
